1. Front Office Management: Manages Guest accounts and services offered to a guest from different hotel facilities such as Restaurant, Gym, Swim-ming. Efficiency in booking and Check in Process, Quick & Accurate Check Out Process, Accurate Billing Process and integrated with Accounts Efficient Payment (Cash & Credit) 2. Point of Sale for Bar and Restaurant: Restauranr/Bar sales management,captain order and Receipt,Track individual waiter sales Enables guest bills routing, Company bills and staff/ comple-mentary bills.Integrated with Food production/ Stocks/ Accounts and FO (for guest clearance) 3. Stock Management: Manages Stock items used in hotel and expiry dates, stock purchases and reorder levels, tracks Stock issued per hotel/ restaurant depart-ments. Track Stock levels and stock balances. Integrated with food costing module and accounts. 4. Procurement: Manage Hotel or institution suppliers, track supplies done per supplier, orders and deliveries,supplier invoices and payments Instant supplier statement and creditor reports. 5. Food Costing: Enables you to set key ingredients for meals and drinks sold then System monitors portions sold via POS. System calculates cost of portions sold using ingre-dients sold and reports food cost percentage and variation from expected percentage cost. This helps you track Mark up percentage per meal and lets you know how a change on ingredients cost affects profit margins. 6. Accounts Management: Manages chart of accounts that are auto-integrated with other hotel modules. Manages Cash Book and Cash flow, Expenses and Income, Account Payables and Receivables, Assets and Liabilities. Has the following reports; Transactions Journal, Income Statement, Cash Book, Profit and Loss, Trial Balance and Balance sheet.

A free Hotel Point of Sale. Enables you to generate Captain orders, bills, receipts and get sales reports.

When you download Hotelex POS, You will be able to create list of waiters and cashiers. Each waiter can login and create bills. When payments are made, the cashier clears the bills. When a shift is closed, a shift sales summary shows how much was sold, the total cash in, cash out and the till balance.

In back office, there are several reports you can access such as; a) The sales report that shows the time, order or bill number, waiter name and bill amount. When you double click/tap on a bill, you can see the menu items in the bill. b) A waiter sales report – that shows sales per waiter. c) A sales per item report – that shows sales per item.
